Smart erase works well on static channel logos and watermarks over plain, slowly-changing backgrounds — the kind that sit in a fixed corner for the whole clip.

On busy, fast-moving footage, smart erase can look soft. Switch to blur or black box for a more predictable result. Very long or high-resolution clips will also take longer, since there's no server doing the work — just your device.

Only remove logos or watermarks from footage you own or have the rights to edit.
